FIRST DAY OF CHARACTER CLASS WAS TODAY....

it was amazing... my teacher Juliet Loveland is amazing.. it was great.. awesomeness...

we start doing old age makeup tomorrow..

So today was the IMATS show in Pasadena..

Who went? Any good stories, pictures?

I only went for about 2 hours cuz i was sick...

Bought some cool stuff though, NYX makeup chair, new makeup kit, tons of news brushes from crown, and a ton of new special fx tools from royal & langnickel..

Starting Character Class tomorrow with Juliet... So excited..

Anahi my model...

so today wasnt as great as i expected it to be.. my advice to all of u up and coming artists..... always always ALWAYS... be prepared.. BE PREPARED.. for everything..

dont half ass anything. make sure u have everything u need before showing up to set. make sure u have all wardrobe, accessories & shoes picked out.. know what you are going to do.. never walk into something having no clue what youre doing..

i screwed myself today, but not doing any of that.. i had nothign prepared, i didnt know what i wanted to do, i had no ideal what i wanted her to wear.. and i screwed myself out of mine and michelles second shoot...

and a little bit more advice.. dont ever let any on set know if you screwed something up. work it out. always work it out. you will not have someone holding your hand on set telling u whats wrong, what to fix, where the hot spots are, what colors look good on your model...

you must know how to analyze your talents face.. just know what your doing beforehand.. do not screw yourself out of potential jobs down the line with a client because you werent prepared..

KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING...... BE PREPARED....

i am setting up a photo shoot for friday June 25th in Covina/West Covina to celebrate my friends graduating, the end of portfolio class and the beginning of Character. ill be posting the pics from the shoot the week after that.

i have another photo shoot in class tomorrow all my design.. ill post the pics after shopping and birthday dinner with lindsay...
